Job Description
Blue Falcons Investigation is seeking a motivated, self-directed Private Investigator who can think critically, adapt to changing situations, and work independently without constant supervision. This role requires strong common sense, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting surveillance, investigations, and fact-finding related to family law, child custody, and high-conflict cases
• Gathering, documenting, and preserving evidence through written reports, photographs, video, and timelines
• Locating and verifying information, people, and activities using lawful and ethical investigative methods
• Observing behavior, identifying inconsistencies, and recognizing patterns relevant to each case
• Preparing clear, accurate, and professional reports suitable for attorneys, courts, and clients
• Communicating findings effectively with supervisors, attorneys, and clients as needed
• Managing case assignments independently, including time tracking and task prioritization
• Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity at all times
The ideal candidate is a hard worker who exercises sound judgment, adapts quickly in dynamic situations, and understands the importance of accuracy, discretion, and accountability in investigative work. Experience in investigative, surveillance, law enforcement, military, security, or related fields is preferred, but reliability, work ethic, and mindset are essential.
